Tilipulo monastery
Hacienda of the Jesuits of the beginning of the XVIII century where it operated one of the most outstanding obrajes, producer of linen and fabrics of quality wool, which were commercialized in the old continent. Later this hacienda passed to the Marquis of Miraflores and Maenza and since 1979 I am part of the state's assets. Here met the Patriots Latacungueños to sign the city's Independence Act in 1820. To enter the hacienda you must contact the municipality of Latacunga or do so through a tour operator.
