Tatala waterfall
This is one of the highest waterfalls in the Canton. Its wonderful landscape is impressive, because you can see a lot of swallows that sit on the rocks, it is surrounded by fauna and flora native to the area.
Ideal for those who like walking, photography of the environment, observation of flora and fauna. After going through a few shadows, the secondary forest provides an overwhelming image that accompanies the journey.
The climate is very pleasant and allows you to enjoy the place from the viewpoint. Its average temperature is 16 to 24º C.
You arrive at the place taking the road Calacali - La Independencia, at the height of Km. 104 San Juan de Puerto Quito and continue on the Los Laureles road at 5 km. Take the right margin, follow a path that is ballasted about 6 km. there the vehicle arrives and after walking 55 minutes you arrive at this beautiful site.
