Pintag is called the land of the chagra, the condor and the brave bull, chacarera culture and experienced riders, which invites tourists to visit and explore the natural charms of this place.
In the south of Quito, at 2,800 meters above sea level, this parish is located, which is an area of the Ecuadorian Andean páramo.
The Pintag Route, the main tourist attraction in this area, attracts visitors for the beauty of its lagoons. One of them is the La Secas lagoon, surrounded by pajonales and beautiful landscapes.
To get to this site visitors must cross a path of rocky material, which from the top allows you to see its half moon shape of just 1 km in diameter.
