It works in the house # of Temperance, a place of rehabilitation of alcoholics, built in 1876. It was restored and in 1981 opens its doors as a museum, becoming the largest center of promotion and artistic expression. It has one of the best libraries specializing in art. Conferences, exhibitions of notable national and foreign artists, concerts and for a long time have been the headquarters of the international Biennial of painting.
