Los Frailes beach
The Frailes is a beach in form of a half moon which extends 3 km. It is located at 12 Km of Puerto Lopez and is visited by travellers seeking nature. Activities include hiking on the hills before and after the beach, whale watching and enjoying the sun and the ocean.
The access to the beach is found on the southern end of the Machalilla community (12 km north of Puerto Lopez). There are no regular transportation schedules, hence you should arrange private transportation.
