In the Puerta de la Ciudad it is located in the northwest part of the city, delimited from the northern part where it is possible to enter by the Gran Colombia, Nueva Loja and Machala Av., To the south by the Universitaria Avenue, Emiliano Ortega and 18 of November and to the east by the streets Cañar and Tena. Built in the year of 1998 on the Bolivar Bridge.
Permanent Gallery of Archeology: This room is located in the second block of the Puerta de la Ciudad Museum, where tools and weapons made of stone and metal materials, belonging to pre-Hispanic cultures, as well as ceramic elements with an Inca theme stand out.
• Cafeteria: Where you can taste a variety of food with specialties in local cuisine
• Viewpoints: Located on the upper floors, they offer a pleasant panoramic view of our city, during the ascent to the tower where the clock is located, you can see panoramic photographs and emblematic tourist sites of the 39 cantons of the Southern Region of Ecuador.
• Handicraft Store: Where you can find all kinds of ceramics and souvenirs representative of our city. This warehouse allows local artisans to promote their work as it is a collection center for local production.
• It also offers visitors tourist promotion material provided by both the Ministry of Tourism and the Municipality, cd's of Lojana music, tourist guides, etc.
• Publications Warehouse: Where publications by local authors are displayed.
• Car rental service: for couples, quinceañeras and institutional parades
