It was the abode of one of the most outstanding painters of Ecuador in the twentieth century: Eduaro Kingman Riofrio. Today it is a museum that stores furniture, personal objects and works of art collected by the painter and his wife throughout his life and the famous paintings of the illustrious artist. It has a cafeteria, souvenir shop and multi-purpose room.
