Juan de Salinas mausoleum Sangolqui
- Pasaje el Conventillo, Sangolquí.
The crypt of the hero Coronel Juan de Salinas is located in the atrium of the Church of Sangolquí, in the Pasaje El Tenemento, in the center of the city.
Here rest, the ashes of the favorite son of this terroir, his name is part of the national history as protagonist of the first cry of independence of the 10 of August of 1809, tribute that gives him the canton and the Fatherland.
