Museum of Regional Archaeology of the Sierra Norte, is a cultural center belonging to the central bank, built in the year of 1940. It is a interesting sample of the Pre-inca ceramics of the Sierra Norte with interesting pieces of gold. The museum consists of a single plant, which is divided into the colonial and Republican Art Room, historical archive, library, temporary exhibition hall, auditorium and cultural warehouse. In the museum you can also admire a model of the Battle of Yaguarcocha and several maps that relate as the historical events and geographical distributions happened.
