Pedro Moncayo park is located in the center of the city, with beautiful gardens and surrounded by grandiose architectural works, this park reminds of the illustrious Imbabura: journalist, politician and lawyer that I highlight between the Times of 1830 and 1850. The trees and beautiful gardens designed and maintained stand out in the square. The park is surrounded by important buildings such as the cathedral, the municipality and the post office, this last being the last brick construction that contrasts with the rest of the white buildings.
Its access is very easy since it is in the center of the city, by public transport or private vehicle to the streets Antonio Jose de Sucre or Simón Bolívar, in front of the cathedral of the city.
