The historical park is a refuge of life and history of the region and its natural richness. It is an ideal place for ecological and archeological tourism. The historical park of Guayaquil was created by initiative of the Central Bank of Ecuador with the aim of preserving for the future generations the best of the wild life, of the traditions and of the old urban architecture of this city.
The most representative species of the coastal ecosystem are found in this reserve.
