Built in the Renaissance style in the place where the colonial Cabildo worked. The work was inaugurated on 1929, for the city's municipality to work. Artistic exhibitions and cultural events take place in the facilities. A pedestrian road crosses the building in all its magnitude, a promenade that constitutes an attraction.
