Guano museum
- Av. Cacique Toca y Asunción, está situado junto a las Ruinas del Monasterio de la Asunción y al Parque Infantil de El Rosario.
The museum is characterized by its attractiveness, the first keeper of the Franciscans in guano, towards 1560. What astonishes the priest's body is the conservation in which it is maintained, as well as the small mouse that accompanied it in its niche. The type of mummified is natural.
In 2003, a delegation of Americans who conducted several studies such as 60 X-rays or carbon tests to establish the age of the mummy arrived in guano. This has 500 years of existence and belongs to Fray Lázaro de Mariajose.santofimia.
Fray Lázaro was a religious of the Franciscan Order, the first guardian of the Convent of Our Lady of the assumption of guano between 1565 and 1572.
In this archaeological environment is exhibited the mummified body, found between the rubble of the Church of the assumption and that corresponds to Fray Lázaro, Franciscan priest possibly deceased in the seventeenth century.
