This waterfall is formed by three consecutive falls from which the last fall is the higher and the most significant. There are two entrances one in the left and other in the right border of the river. Both entrances are worthy. The first one go through some bridges until reach the front of the waterfall. The second go through 30 min hiking until reaching behind the waterfall.
At the bottom, the waterfall forms a big pot where it gets the name of Daemon Pot or "Pailón del Diablo". The entrance costs $2 and also you can ride the "tarabita" for $2.
BY BUS:
Take a bus from the bus terminal to Puyo. Ask the driver to drop you in Rio Verde ($1, 30 min). Then follow the river and get the entrances one in each border.
BY BICYCLE:
The route from Baños to Rio Verde by bicycle is impressive crossing different waterfalls and spectacular views. Bicycle can be rented in Baños for $15 per day. Buses can take you and the bicycle back to the town.
BY CAR:
In Baños, there is possible to rent cars ($50 per day), 4WD ($50 per day), Buggy ($30 per day), bikes ($25 per day). You must get an insurance and having a driving license is a must.
BY TOUR:
There are some open walls buses (CHIVAS) for turism. These buses take you a tour from Baños to different attractions all the way from Baños to Rio Verde. Normally, they charge $10 per person.
