This bay is located south of the island Genoese and was formed by the rupture of a caldera, it was created when the largest crater of the island collapsed under the sea.
Visitors will find hundreds of birds on the shore, this is the favorite place for those who love exotic bird watching. Continuing along the coastal road through a mangrove forest, it is a nesting place for red-legged and large frigates. On the edge of the cliff, along the hike you can see a wide variety of finches, pigeons and gulls, when you reach the end of the road will marvel at the incredible scenery of this island and the abundant number of species of different birds and reptiles as well.
Frigate birds are abundant and it is the best place to see the Swallows, finches, red-legged and masked, tropical birds, Galapagos seagulls that incidentally are the only nocturnal seagulls in the world.
