Located near the southeastern coast of Santiago. It has the shape of a Chinese hat when you see it from afar. It is an islet composed of a spatter-like cone that makes up the summit and many lava tubes that go down to the coast.
In the western part you can see lava formations pillows, which are an indicator that the flows were formed under the sea and have been raised to the outside, which is why there are coral heads on the lava.
Its main attraction is the landmark, although you can also observe sea lions, marine iguanas and crabs, you can also perform shallow diving.
From Puerto Ayora in San Cristobal or Baltra you can take a boat for this island.
