Chiles volcano

CARCHI-TULCAN

                                                The Chiles is a snowy volcano in the western Andean cordillera, in the knot of the pastures and together with the Cerro Negro volcano of Mayasquer are part of the border between Ecuador and Colombia.

Nature offers a complex of seven lagoons, three of which are the largest and have an approximate diameter of 200 meters.

The Chiles volcano is an ideal place for those who like adventure, mountaineering, hiking and Trekin.

The covered foothills of Frailejones allow the final glimpse of the crop areas and the peaks of Cotacachi, Imbabura and Cayambe, to the south and the Cumbal in the Republic of Colombia.
