Cachari hill - Babahoyo

The Cerro de Cacharí is a rocky massif consisting of an intrusive igneous (plutonic) acid rock very fractured, it is surrounded by a wide alluvial plain. It can be observed that large, fractured rock blocks form caverns.
The relief has no major geographical accidents, most of the land is flat. Between the main elevation, we cite the unique "Cerro Eschi" in the world because of its rare conformation. The possible age of Cerro Cacharí is of a higher Miocene, i.e. 12.5 million years
